Chef Jeff Harris, the highly acclaimed former chef of Craft, Dallas, and his team are excited to announce the opening of their new restaurant, RedFork. This is the new relaxing hideaway off Fitzhugh featuring an upscale menu. We surprisingly enjoyed the brunch choices given the fact it is in a strip mall next to a liquor store. The menu is a bit bare right now, and a tad pricey for what you receive. In the future, they will be offering late night pizza for those 2 AM cravings, but the brick oven hasn’t been constructed as of yet. We found the ambience is a little cryptic compared to uptown spots, but great for a low key time with a group of friends.
