If your little one aches to take a seat in Cinderella’s ride, Autumn at the Arboretum, the pumpkin-themed festival at the Dallas Arboretum, is for them. The theme this fall is “It’s a Fairy Tale World”. The arboretum grounds are filled with more than 50,000 pumpkins, gourds and squash along with Cinderella’s Pumpkin Village, based on the tale and featuring the carriage with horses and four houses made out of pumpkins and gourds.
While you’re there watching the kids, don’t forget about the Oktoberfest Garten offering German dishes, a hay-bale maze, live music and a host of vibrant fall blooms.
