Deep Ellum welcomes a new hot spot for spectacular brunch, Rosemont. The simplistic restaurant is dominated by white tones with a few colorful flowers decorating throughout. Rosemont’s chef, Tracy Miller, boasts its “upscale modern American menu” that “both looks and tastes clean and composed.” Chef Miller is not new to the Dallas food scene by any means. Ten year ago, Miller opened a trendy, dimly-lit new restaurant called Local, still going strong.
