Everyone here at Scott Carlson Real Estate is very excited to announce the addition of our newest agent, Joan Deichert.

Joan’s bright and cheerful personality is sure to make our day better when we walk in the door. She has been a dedicated and motivated agent ever since she received her Texas Real Estate License. She loves houses and has remodeled and restored many unique architectural gems. She is dedicated to her clients’ needs and loves the thrill of the hunt.
Previously she owned a successful gift store “Off The Shelf” in Snider Plaza for 25 years, and currently she has developed her Mixed Media Art by selling her work on Etsy, an online marketplace for artists. Her work using Imagine Transfers will soon be showcased in a book being published on this topic.

Joan and her husband Dan are members of Lakewood Country Club, and also enjoy being one of “Louie’s” most dedicated patrons. She is a sports enthusiast, and is a dedicated volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Her two children are in college. Her daughter is working on her Master’s at Penn State, and her son, who graduated from Woodrow is finishing up his undergraduate degree at UTD.

Joan knows Dallas completely, from Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Oaklawn, and Good ol’ Lakewood. Joan will always be an East Dallas girl at heart.
