In 2010, The White Rock Paddle Co. opened for business offering kayaks, canoes and paddle boards for rent. This was the first time in over 15 years since anyone offered a water craft rental spot at the lake.
With warm weather and sunny skies in the forecast, owners Amy Ebert and Angeline Koh, are gearing up for Summer. These certified ladies teach kayaking classes and also offer group paddle trips in the evening to the Dallas Arboretum, when concerts are held in the garden.
And because they also rent two-person kayaks, this could also work as a fun, inexpensive, outdoorsy date activity with Mom!
