The recently renovated center in the heart of Lakewood and located on the shores of White Rock Lake has become a game changer for our community. This major access with Gaston, East Grand, and Garland has made this entrance to Forest Hills Beautiful. No wonder that the Forest Hills neighborhood has become the most sought out neighborhood in Dallas, Texas.

Since 2013, Lincoln Properties has filled in more of the retail space, but there are still a few small lease spaces available in this fantastic and convenient location. Rumor has it that CryoUSA is be opening up November 19th. They offer cryotherapy, which is a hyper-cooling process that lowers a person’s skin temperature to below freezing for up to three minutes.

After last weekend’s storm, my friend Charlotte and I went for a wonderful hike around the lake, exploring, and just to take in all the fresh air and the sweetness that follows a storm like that. I discovered the new access to the lake from this Shopping Center and this spot is now my little secret for parking and access to the lake. Premier shopping, including Luke’s Locker, Fresh Market, Ace Hardware (my favorite) and a drive thru Starbucks for those who want to zip on thru.
