Remember the old tire shop on Lower Greenville? Well it has been transformed.
Pints & Quarts is a ’50s burger stand serving up solid fast casual burgers and flat top dogs along with ice-cold beer and craft cocktails. Bar owner and restaurateur Brooke Humphries (Barcadia, Mudsmith & It’ll Do) reinvented a vintage gas station at the southwest corner of Greenville and Ross Avenues from the ground-up to create a retro dining (and drinking) experience that won’t put a dent in your wallet. The mascot Dale, sporting a pompadour and bad attitude, was created by local artist Nick Quintero, who also created the logo and branding that helps give Pints & Quarts its vintage feel.
This is the only fast food burger spot on Lower Greenville. Pints and Quarts does everything fresh. There isn’t even a freezer.
