Step into this Cali-inspired New American eatery off Henderson called Gemma. The design is clearly inspired by the Hamptons, combining new and old elements, but the food is so much more.
The restaurant has been open off Henderson since January, but is one of our best kept secrets. Husband and wife duo, Stephen Rogers and Allison Yoder, focus on seasonally inspired new American cuisine with ethnic influences in a warm and comfortable setting. Rogers procliams the food is “simple, uncomplicated, rustic but refined”. He modified the recipes from all different regions and countries around the world to bring a simple yet boldly flavorful experience. We recommend the Baked Oysters with leeks, guanciale, jalapeño, and gruyere or the Grass-Fed Beef Tartare to start.
Gemma also has a full bar featuring seasonal cocktails and food friendly wines from all over the world. Gemma offers a late night menu from 10:00PM until 1:00AM.
