Located on the fourth floor of Forty Five Ten on Main, across from The Joule, Mirador is an approachable yet elegant restaurant serving modern American cuisine by executive chef Josh Sutcliff, in collaboration with Junior Borges, executive chef of The Joule. As the name implies, Mirador boasts expansive views of downtown through 11-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around terrace overlooking Tony Tasset’s outdoor sculpture Eye—the ideal setting for a lingering lunch, a celebratory dinner, or late night cocktails.

Playfully disregarding the status quo, Dallas-born boutique brand Forty Five Ten heralds the new, the emerging, the rare, and the unusual. With an inherent curiosity, Forty Five Ten presents luxury collections by iconic designers in women’s, men’s, home and beauty, Forty Five Ten caters to discerning clientele who value self-expression and craftsmanship.

After Forty Five Ten was acquired by Headington Companies in 2014, the brand expanded its footprint with the opening of a flagship store in the heart of downtown Dallas in 2016 across the street from the original world famous Neiman Marcus Store.

An emblem of the city’s urban renaissance, the 37,000-square-foot, four-story building features three retail levels; a top-floor restaurant and lounge; and museum-quality art throughout.
