Famous East Dallas chefs Colleen O’Hare and Jeana Johnson are at it again. They have found plenty of success over here already, and with the launch of the highly anticipated Mot Hai Ba in Lakewood, we are all in for a treat.
The menu is focused on northern Vietnamese cuisine, including street foods and dishes prepared in chef-driven restaurants around Hanoi. Our favorite appetizer item is the imperial roll filled with pork and shrimp, and as far an entrees go…anything is game.
In case you are wondering, its pronounced mo’oht high bah, which translates to “1, 2, 3” in Vietnamese.
