Restaurant : Saint Anns…Revisited

Saint Ann Restaurant and Bar, which opened last fall in Uptown next to Saint Ann Court office tower (and we were the first to review), has a new chef: Chad Starling. He took over the kitchen about two months ago and we are excited about the new menu.

Our favorite dinner starters might include a young coconut soup with olive-oil-poached shrimp and cilantro, chorizo-stuffed dates wrapped in bacon with a roasted tomato-piquillo pepper sauce or crispy rock shrimp with celery root slaw, chile aioli and blue cheese fondue. YUM…
