This week is actually Amy’s Pick…my wonderful neighbor.

If you haven’t heard, this restaurant and concert venue owned in part by country singer Pat Green is now open in Uptown Dallas and is decked out with reclaimed wood, a bull’s head on the wall and a flag above the bar crafted out of beer cans.

The Rustic’s menu will feature ‘approachable comfort food’ including burgers, sandwiches and grill items like quail and pork ribs. The bar will feature 40 beers on draft, cocktails and a notable wine list.
