As a real estate broker, I thought this movie would be fun and a great contemplation on neighbors and gratitude! Have you taken the time to welcome your new neighbors with that delicious freshly baked cake or pie, or even a bottle of wine? We think a McMansion being built next to us is bad well…watch this fun, crazy and sick film. It could be a lot worse.

Everything seems perfect for Kelly, Mac and the new baby until fraternity brothers move in next door. Teddy, the president, and Pete, his right hand man, are quick to make friends with Kelly and Mac as soon as the couple introduce themselves. This quickly goes south as Mac repeatedly must ask Teddy to keep the noise level to a minimum. After so long, Mac calls the police, marking the beginning of a war. Becoming hysterically dangerous, pranks are pulled that are ingenious. This is a comedy that shows how fast things can go wrong when a fraternity and family become neighbors.
