It’s time for me to get back to the gym on a more regular schedule. I thought I started the “Dad Bod” trend but it looks like Leonardo DiCaprio is getting all the credit. And after looking at Leo’s internet photo … I’ve been back all week.
Love this Neighborhood gym. I’ve been a member for many years and what I love most about it is that it’s very low key. Great location with plenty of parking. Lots of equipment and awesome trainers that are affordable and good friendly neighbor clientele. The owners beautiful daughters go to St Thomas and Bishop Lynch neighborhood schools as well.
