Junius Heights is the largest historic district in Dallas and expands over more than 180 acres.

This year’s tour features a number of unique and impressive homes and sights. One of this year’s homes is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and celebrates its 100th Anniversary. The Church at Junius Heights (formerly the Junius Heights Baptist Church) proudly shows their recent and ongoing renovations. The Aldredge House on Swiss Ave. will be included in this year’s tour, along with other great points of interest. Our client will be also be featuring their home at 728 Skillman this year! Advance tickets may be purchased at Talulah & Hess and BuzzBrews Kitchen in Lakewood. Your ticket gives you access to the Junius Heights Biergarten, where our very own Junius Heights Brew Club will be offering samples of various beers brewed in our neighborhood. This stop is always a great place to relax between touring homes. There will also be an Arts & Craft Fair at the Lakewood Library featuring an array of vendors, entertainment, adult refreshment area, burgers from the Hamburger Man and a fun area just for the kiddos!
