At Stephan Pyles Flora Street Café in Downtown Dallas’ Arts District, Chef Pyles has created Elevated Modern Texas Cuisine in an intimate, modern, sleek and posh setting with meticulous attention to detail from execution of service to food and beverage and design. Sophisticated dishes combining Texas ingredients and modern techniques join with intuitive, individualized, highly knowledgeable service provided for each guest.

The design of Stephan Pyles Flora Street Café is inspired by its proximity to the Dallas Arts District. The restaurant has an exclusive “Club-Like“ atmosphere, designed with the basic concept of “Food as Theater.”

Rooted in Chef Stephan Pyles’ career as a pioneer in Southwestern, New American and Modern Texan cuisines, the new menu at Flora Street Café features what Chef Pyles has termed “Elevated Texas Cuisine.” In this new genre Chef Pyles takes his art form to an even higher sensory level of refinement. Sophisticated dishes combining Texas ingredients and modern techniques will join an impressive beverage program featuring a curated tea and coffee program, global, U.S. and Texas wine selections and handcrafted cocktails which pay homage to the culinary arts and fine arts.

Susana is a chef, teacher, caterer, author, TV hostess, food consultant, and producer. She lives in Oaxaca, Mexico where she is the director of Seasons of My Heart Cooking School and Sazon de mi Corazon, which produces gourmet Mexican products.
