The Luck of The Irish!

This is one of my favorite celebrations. And YES… I’m very Irish.
My middle name FITZPATRICK is my Mothers maiden name.
Scott Fitzpatrick Carlson. Pretty cool!!!

Growing up on Long Island in the Catholic School System, we use to cut class on St. Patty’s day and take the train into the city for the celebrations and the Parade. If we stopped into St Patricks Cathedral, we got extra credit.

Don’t miss the largest St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival in the Southwest! Presented by the Dallas Mavericks and the Greenville Avenue Area Business Association, the 39th annual parade and festival is a Dallas tradition.

Come out and see over 90 floats, over 1,700 parade participants and 125,000 of your closest Dallas friends! The Parade is said to offer something for everyone’s taste, be it bad or good.

Stop by for some brews at the official beer fest sponsored and hosted by Good Neighbor Brews. Then head over to The Skellig for the first-ever official after party featuring a live show by WOWU2: With or Without U2!

Parade Proceeds Benefit the GAABA Scholarship Fund. More than $115,000 in scholarship money has been awarded to Dallas ISD students.
