The gala begins with cocktails and a seated dinner in the lobby followed by the concert and after party. Symphony fans also have the option to attend just the concert and after party, where one of the treats will be foot massages in the Ritz-Carlton Dallas lounge. The post-performance bash will have an open bar, dancing and nibbles and desserts.

Lang Lang discovered a love for the piano at the age of 2 after watching “The Cat Concerto” – a Tom & Jerry cartoon – and later became one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World. Known for his soulful interpretations and breathtaking technique, Lang will perform Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1 and selections from Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet as music director Jaap Van Zweden conducts.
