The man, the legend, is turning 30 years old. Do you remember your 30th Birthday?

I met Patrick Cody Bukowitz seven years ago when I placed an ad on SMU’s graduate website called The mustangTrak. I was seeking a new Real Estate Assistant at the time.

At Patrick’s interview, he immediately jumped right in and began helping with creating graphics, for all things, this Newsletter. I decided to hire him on the spot.

Patrick has a super personality and the clients love him. His knowledge of technology, cars, and real estate is amazingly vast. His people skills are also superb, which what helps make a great real estate agent. Patrick is a lot of fun to be around and brings so much joy to our real estate work, which is great because sometimes it can be very intense and emotional.
