This election year, The Sixth Floor Museum presents a new temporary exhibit, A Time for Greatness: The 1960 Kennedy Campaign, which showcases campaign memorabilia, photographs and film from the Museum’s collection.

This colorful look at the 1960 Kennedy campaign offers a timely exploration of presidential politics from a different era, connecting one historic election year to another through the lens of the incredible campaign of the youngest president ever elected. Exhibit included with Museum admission.

This is an amazing exhibit full of history, and of course, some controversy.

It was the energy and optimism of Kennedy versus the experience and reputation of Nixon that resulted in one of the closest elections in U.S. history.
