Throughout the month of July, the STEINWAY & SONS showrooms in North Texas and Houston will host a seminar about the year-long process of handcrafting a Steinway piano. By attending this informative event, you will learn about everything from the most important patents to the smallest nuances that goes into making a STEINWAY. You’ll learn firsthand, with models and demonstrations, of the inner workings of a STEINWAY that you’re used to hearing – but not seeing.
In addition, we’ll discuss why – in an age when many “American” piano companies have moved their manufacturing operations to Asia – STEINWAY has insisted on continuing to handcraft its pianos in New York, as it has done since 1853. Plus, enjoy a special introduction and performance by SPIRIO, the new high resolution player piano from STEINWAY.
