What a great idea. This sounds like so much fun I think I am going to have to borrow one of my neighbor’s dogs. This will sure be great people watching and I hear… A great singles scene as well.

Several animal welfare-organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex are hosting the 6thWags and Waves family and dog event at Hawaiian Falls Water Park on Saturday.

Wags and Waves gives families the opportunity to “show-off” a very important member of their family – their dogs. The fun-filled event includes, Canine Contests, Entertainment and Demonstrations, Celebrity Emcees and unique vendors and crafts along with the opportunity to float down the Kona Kooler Lazy River and catch some waves in the Waikiki BeachWave Pool. This is our sixth year for this unique event. We expect more than 1,000 human attendees and over 1,100 dogs of all breeds.
